Returns allowed within 15 days of delivery.
- Packaging must be unopened and undamaged. Opened packages cannot be returned or refunded. We advise that you do not open the package until a licensed installer has confirmed all of the installation details.

- Install+ (Water Heater Warehouse):
You may cancel before installation.
- Generally your Water Heater Warehouse team will work with you prior to installation to help you make sure installation is going to go smoothly and that the unit will work in your home. Once a unit is opened or installed, it cannot be returned
- Warranty issues or defective units are handled directly with Water Heater Warehouse.
- If you are having issues with your Water Heater Warehouse installation, you can contact Enervee’s SoCalGas Marketplace support to get additional help at socalgas@care.enervee.com or call 844-539-0117.
