How long does it take to receive my rebate?
SoCalGas takes 6-8 weeks to process your rebate. You should receive a check at the end of that time period. To expedite processing use the online application or the mobile app to quickly upload your application. Please note some rebate applications are sent to inspection per program rules. -
What if I am ineligible for SoCalGas rebates?
Anyone in the SoCalGas territory can purchase from the Marketplace at the full retail price. -

Which products qualify for rebates?
SoCalGas offers rebates on products that are currently on the Energy Star qualified list. Some older efficient products may not be on the current list. -
