How do I know who to contact about my loan?

Your point of contact depends on when your loan was originated:

  • Loans from May 2026 or newer are managed by our partner Key Point Credit Union (KPCU).
  • Loans from December 2025 or earlier are managed by our partner Maps Credit Union.

Who is KPCU? Key Point Credit Union (KPCU) is our current lending partner managing new California eco financing loans.

Where can I access my borrower portal? You can log in to your borrower portal at www.kpcu.com.

What if I'm not sure when my loan was originated? Check your original loan documents or confirmation email for the date.

Can I still make payments on my existing loan? Yes. If your loan is from December 2025 or earlier, visit your Maps Credit Union borrower portal or contact Maps Credit Union using the information above. If your loan is from May 2026 or newer, visit your KPCU borrower portal or contact KPCU support.

Who do I contact for general questions about the eco financing program? For questions about the program itself (eligibility, appliance options, etc.), visit the Enervee marketplace. For questions specific to your loan application or loan account, contact the appropriate lending partner listed above.
