How do I process my return or exchange?

To initiate a return or an exchange, please contact Enervee Customer SupportĀ  via socalgas@care.enervee.com or +1 (844) 539-0117 Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm PST.

You will have 15 days from the day you receive your appliance to initiate a return.

*Please note orders are either partially or fully refunded dependent on the items returned.

A product is not eligible for return/refund if it is opened.
